You should be respectful of others, interested in community, and planning to stay for at least one month. We're selective to ensure a high-quality living environment for everyone.

Our Vietnam location houses 24-30 residents at full capacity. We intentionally keep it smaller than typical co-living spaces to maintain a close-knit community feel. This allows for meaningful connections while still providing privacy and quiet spaces for focused work.

We accept multiple payment methods for convenience:
We also offer discounts for longer-term payments: 5% off for 3 months upfront, 10% off for 6 months.
For monthly bookings, we require 30 days' notice for cancellation. Your security deposit is fully refundable if you leave in good standing with no damages. For longer-term prepaid bookings, we offer prorated refunds with 30 days' notice, minus a small processing fee. We understand plans change, so we try to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness for all residents.
